The facade of the coffer is divided into a sophisticated multi-panel arrangement, showcasing high-relief carvings that evoke the spirit of medieval England:
Features three large horizontal panels. The flanking panels depict detailed fortified castles and walled estates nestled in hilly landscapes, while the central panel displays a classical floral or foliate arrangement, likely a stylized heraldic bundle.
