This impressive 3-Liter German beer stein was crafted by the renowned maker Simon Peter Gerz in the traditional "Alt-Deutsch" (Old German) style. Standing at a commanding 17 inches tall, it features a beautifully detailed high-relief scene of a Renaissance-style courtyard with a king and queen.
The vibrant cobalt blue glaze provides a striking backdrop for the cream-colored figures and intricate floral bands. The piece is topped with a heavy, ornate pewter lid and a sturdy decorative handle. The base carries the authentic Gerz "jug in triangle" hallmark and is marked "Made in Germany."
