Not all 'granny bags' are created equal! This 1950's needlepoint example is at the front of the pack with a neutral antique white background accented with petit pointe stitching in shades of dove gray, green, blue, yellow and magenta featuring a floral pattern depicting a lily bouquet. The frame is an antiqued gold tone metal with a kiss lock closure embellished with faux pearls. The top handle is a simple yet functional chain that nicely accents the frame. The interior is lined in a baby blue silk and features open pleated side pockets. Labeled 'Robinson Custom Bags Babson Park Florida'. Well made with lovely attention to detail including decoration at the sides and base. Granny chic at its best!
Very good condition with a spotless interior...appears to be rarely, if ever, used.
The body of the bag measures 11.5" wide x 8" tall x approximately 4" deep. The interior will easily accommodate tech devices. The handle measures 13" from end to end providing a 5" drop.
