It has raied detail. It is from the Maiji perioed, early 1900's. It is 22" high and 9 inches across. The crystal plate on top is 16" across and three inches deep and added for effect as the original piece is missing. You could use it as a bird bath on your enclosed back patio or lanai. I found this piece in an antique store in Portland, OR. See less
