This piece is a quintessential example of "Urban Brutalism," characterized by its rhythmic, hand-patinated brass facade and architectural silhouette.

The console features two cabinet doors wrapped in patinated brass (or bronze) panels, each adorned with a distinctive "maze" or "stepped" rivet pattern. The metallic texture provides a sophisticated contrast to the deep, dark-stained oak frame. The piece is elevated on slim legs with elegant brass ferrule tips, maintaining a light, airy profile despite its substantial materials.

Good vintage condition. The brass panels show a beautiful, natural aged patina consistent with the "Organic Modernism" aesthetic. The wood frame is solid with minor surface wear commensurate with age and use. Back has a large hole (shown in photo) for media wiring. See less
