By Joseph DiGangi Designs, handmade in the USA. A striking design in mirror finish AUS-8, a superior, high carbon, stain resistant surgical steel that is heat treated to Rockwell-57, which gives it tremendous edge holding capability, and yet is soft enough to take an edge. Full tang, bronze accents with a lovely patterned micarta handle in shades of grey, tan and black.

The System II Cutlery Set consists of:
A paring knife: blade measures 2" total length, total height is 2 3/4", handle length is 5" measured from the top
A cheese knife: blade measures 4" total length, total height is 2 3/4", handle length is 5 3/8" measured from the top
A utility knife: blade measures 6" total length, total height is 3", handle length is 5 3/4" measured from the top
A chef's knife: blade measures 8" total length, total height is 3 3/4", handle length is 6" measured from the top

These were rarely if ever used--primarily admired as an art piece in the kitchen. The paring knife shows signs of sharpening (mirror finish not pristine). Comes to you with a custom corian stand. My home is smoke free. See less
