This mark is generally thought to be a reproduction mark meaning the pot may not be made by Reinhold Schlegelmilch. Or it might, there’s really no way to be sure, but there are some features that are not common on Schlegelmilch pots. The handle is round and singular and the handle on the lid is a different shape than most. This pot is nicely done in peaches and greens with a white lid with a peach flower that doesn’t fit perfectly, but matches decently. The gold trim is worn.

This pot measures 4 3/8 inches wide at the widest point. It is 8 3/8 inches tall to the side rim and 9 5/8 inches tall to the top of the lid.

The pot has some nice vertical shaping and the design is nicely done. The pot is shown both front and back as both are different. The gold trim is wearing on the handles. The gold trim on the rims is still mostly intact. The inside is clean and stain free.

The pot has two chips and both are shown. One is a tiny chip at the top rim and one is a small chip in the flower on the front. This chip can also be seen on the right side of the flower on the first picture. The chip is shallow, but very visible.


There are no other chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage. The backstamp is shown.
