Made by Charlotte Horstmann & Gerald Godfrey, Ltd, Hong Kong in 1984.
Living in Hong Kong in the early 1980's provided us with unique and exhilarating shopping adventures. It being an English colony at the time facilitated finding antique treasures and exquisitely made custom furniture. Charlotte Horstmann's antiques establishment in Ocean Terminal was one such experience. Her furniture craftsmen were trained to use the same tools and techniques of the period piece being created.
