Vintage gilt bronze bust of the Buddhist deity Kannon Bosatsu.
Constructed of hollow-cast bronze with traces of gold gilding and a dark patina. Features a serene expression with closed eyes, a topknot encircled by a tiara supporting a small seated Buddha figure. Bust sits on a custom round giltwood stand.
Overall height of bust on stand 23", bust alone is 17" tall x 9" wide x 9" deep.
