the tola & black range was introduced in 1958, and became one of the most stylish, british, mid century ranges of furniture. The table features satin black, stylishly shaped legs and cross bars, which support the 'floating' table top. The top has a superb natural tola pattern and a small ridge edge along the two longest sides, which support the original glass top. The legs are finished with brass caps and adjustable brass feet.
the underside of the table is stamped in gold with e.g, e. Gomme, g-plan stamp. This piece has an attribution mark,
