It reads differently from every angle, and from a distance it has the quiet authority of a totem or a figurative monument. The wood itself is exceptional. Spalting and natural pigmentation run through the grain in dark, irregular veins, and the warm tonal variation across the surface gives the piece a richness that no applied finish could replicate. The natural oils simply protect what was already there. Well suited to gallery spaces, collector homes, and any interior that treats craft as fine art.
