This cabinet is made of teak and designed by Johannes Andersen for J. Skaaning & Søn Møbelfabrik in Denmark. Despite its somewhat modest size, it offers an impressive combination of both design and function, nothing has been left to chance here. A stylish expression meets generous storage, cleverly divided behind shutter doors, sliding doors and in drawers.

The top contains two sliding doors with shelves behind, three drawers and a fantastic bar cabinet. The bar cabinet is something quite special, with a beautifully patterned mirror that creates a play of light. There is also a glass shelf and a black glass bottom – an elegant and period detail that lifts the whole even further.

Under the top you will find two smaller cabinets with shutter doors on each side and three drawers in the middle. The round, integrated handles on both the shutter and sliding doors give a soft and uniform expression.

As an extra finesse, there are pull-out shelves under the shutter cabinets – one in teak and one in black laminate – perfect as a storage surface when you need a little extra space.

At the bottom, there is additional storage behind two sliding doors with shelves, which makes the cabinet both practical and easy to adapt. All shelves are movable for maximum flexibility.

An incredibly beautiful and well-built cabinet that can hold most things – and which will naturally become a focal point in the home. Just as so often with Johannes Andersen's furniture, you get a combination of quality, feel and timeless design that will last for generations
