The perfect … Read more Freshly rewired, beautiful muted olive green ceramic table lamp on a wood base with a lovely brass finial. The perfect size for an end table or credenza. Measures 8 wide and 17 to the base of the socket where it meets the neck.

This lamp is ready to for its next chapter. We gave the ceramic a deep clean, replaced the neck and base, and refreshed the electrical. All it needs now is for you to put a personal touch on it with a new shade. We recommend something around 16 wide and 8.5 tall. A well sized shade would put this lamp around 27 tall including the finial. You can always adjust harp sizes to suit your shade!

The lamp depicts Chinese philosopher Confucius. The often quoted Confucius has quite a few philosophies that apply to vintage and antique shopping including, "Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it" and "better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without".
