This piece is like a shallow shadow box. The background is painted in two tones of mustardy yellow, with a swirl effect. Placed in a ribbon-like pattern on top of that background are pieces of painted wood in two tones of blue and black and white. There is also a wonderfully colorful painted wood semicircle with lavender, pale pink, brown, wine, geranium, and avocado tones.

The piece is signed and dated on the back.
