A rare and distinctive object from one of the most acclaimed collaborations in postwar European design. This table lamp belongs to the short-lived ceramic collection that Timo Sarpaneva produced for Rosenthal Studio-Linie in the early 1970s — a body of work far less documented, and considerably rarer on the market, than his celebrated Suomi tableware service of 1976.
