Excellent construction in solid English oak … Read more A superb Arts and Crafts period oak sideboard by Shapland and Petter of Barnstaple. Excellent construction in solid English oak , showing beautiful medullary rays and of generous proportions. Decorated with stunning stylised floral inlaid panels throughout. The top section with a central glazed door flanked by a pair of cupboard doors (all lockable, keys supplied). The glazed door is covered with an exquisite copper floral panel. The base section with a pair of drawers sitting over a pair of cupboard doors and a central recessed section and a further drawer beneath. Both cupboard doors are lockable, key supplied. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent original condition with a good colour and patina. Splits into 2 sections for ease of installation. Metalware items for display purposes only and not included within the sale.
