Its sleek, minimalist design is characteristic of Italian production from the late 1970s through the 1980s, reflecting the modernist and minimalist aesthetic of the period.
The structure consists of a solid, well-proportioned square base made of satin-finished metal, from which a transparent acrylic glass stem extends. Inside the stem is a band that is also transparent but with a delicate beige tint, an element that adds visual depth and an interesting optical effect, clearly visible when backlit. There are slight lines on the acrylic glass that are not visible in the photos.
The shade is made of opal white plexiglass, held in place by upper and lower aluminum profiles, a design that lends geometric precision and evokes the industrial aesthetic of the era. The diffused light is soft and even, ideal for contemporary or vintage settings.
