The design pays tribute to the work of Constantin Brancusi, translating his poetic, totemic forms into a refined piece of furniture where art and function coexist seamlessly. This early production example, dating to the late 1970s, features a beautifully sculpted base in bleached solid oak, carved into a rhythmic, stacked form with soft yet architectural transitions. The grain is particularly expressive, enhanced by a careful restoration that highlights the natural texture and tonal depth of the wood. The circular top is executed in satin-finished brass, resting on elegant brass spacers that create a subtle visual separation between top and base — a distinctive detail of the model.
