Teak sideboard designed by Isabel Bernhard for Pedersen & Søn, Denmark circa 1960s. Model 156 produced for Möbel Fakta. Teak veneer on tambour door slats and drawer fronts with solid teak edging and frame. Double tambour doors feature sculpted vertical handles carved directly into the slats. Four tapered legs supporting carcass.
Interior divided into three sections. Left and right compartments contain adjustable shelving with pin-hole height adjustment. Central section houses four drawers constructed using dovetail joinery and running on original wooden guides. Top two drawers newly lined with green felt replacing original lining. Tambour doors slide smoothly along track mechanism to access interior storage. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
