Made of criss-cross scratched clay, this lamp-sculpture looks something like a cloud, a nest, or a diver's helmet: in any case, it's a shape designed to make you dream about. It's at the crossroads of several sources of inspiration: the ovoid shapes of space-age and atomic-age design from the 1960s and 1970s, from bubble houses to ceramics, from eyeball lamps to egg-shaped furniture and items; the ancient graffiti that can be seen etched on the walls of cities like rome or paris, and which has been inspiring many artists.
