The drop-front, equipped with a key and a working lock, opens to reveal new black leather, adorned with a gilt vignette and a refined central motif. Inside, two large niches and five drawers of varying sizes, each with brass knobs, provide ample storage space. The lower section features three large lockable drawers, embellished with magnificent escutcheons and ornate handles in chased bronze. The entire piece rests on rounded, tapered legs. This desk captivates with its elegant lines, rich materials, and subtle details. Its leather, multiple storage compartments, and ornate drawers make it as practical as it is decorative.
