This French watchmaker’s workbench (horloger’s bench) dates from around 1900 and was originally used for precision work.
The piece features multiple small drawers for organizing tools and components, as well as an integrated metal vise. A pull-out work surface provides additional workspace and retains its original leather covering, showing visible wear, cracks, and a naturally developed patina consistent with long-term use.
The raised gallery edge along the back of the top helps prevent small parts from falling, highlighting its original function in a watchmaker’s or jeweler’s workshop.
Crafted in solid beechwood, the workbench displays a warm tone and an authentic aged surface. Its relatively compact proportions make it suitable not only as a functional workbench but also as a distinctive console or desk.

Good condition with signs of use consistent with age.
