The cover with rich basketweave effect glazing in warm ochre tones, decorated with naturalistic trailing vine leaves and clusters of grapes in green and deep blue Shaped loop handle to the top, both decorative and practical, completing the beehive form
The matching base plate with a cream centre and moulded border featuring corresponding vine and grape decoration
A classic Victorian design associated with Stilton presentation, combining both function and highly decorative appeal
Well executed with crisp moulding and vibrant glazes typical of Mintonb s renowned majolica production
