this fine piece of furniture comprises a lower section with two doors featuring molded panels decorated with diamond-point lozenges, surmounted by two drawers in the frieze adorned with bronze handles. The recessed upper section also features two richly molded doors, repeating the same geometric decoration, giving the whole a beautiful stylistic unity.

the entire piece is structured by a frame with pilasters and deep moldings, typical of the louis xiii style. The projecting cornice with dentils elegantly highlights the upper section. The buffet rests on flattened ball feet, characteristic of this aesthetic.
