Savino Labò (Milan, 1902–1982) was a central figure in Milanese artistic culture in the 20th century. In addition to painting, he devoted himself to set design, collaborating extensively with the Teatro alla Scala, and to teaching at the Scuola del Castello Sforzesco and later at the Brera Academy.
