We offer this refined antique italian settee dating back to the 18th century, during the louis xv period.
the settee features a solid walnut frame and a distinctive seat and backrest made of vienna straw. Its design is typical of the louis xv period, with flowing lines alternating with refined and delicate floral decorations carved into the walnut. The vienna straw is entirely hand-woven using the traditional method. A comfortable, custom-made padded cushion that follows the seat provides protection for the vienna straw and offers greater seating comfort.
