This “Rungstedlund” sideboard from the Rungstedlund dining collection was named after the manor house owned by author and adventurer Karen Blixen in Rungsted, just north of Copenhagen. The timeless, elegant design features classic Danish modern styling and minimalist, geometric lines. The mahogany wood cabinet is solid and well-crafted and sits on raised square solid wood legs with an h-stretcher base. It has three locking front cabinet doors and fully finished interiors. The two side doors open on spacious storage with one adjustable and removable shelf on each side. The center door opens on a set of six slim sliding drawer trays. This versatile cabinet can be used as a credenza or sideboard, office cabinet, media console, bar cabinet, etc. Perfect for home or office. Original labels to cabinet backside - PJ, Design Ole Wanscher, Made in Denmark and Danish Furnituremakers Control stamp. Original brass key locks all three doors.

CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. General surface scratches and minor nicks and rubs consistent with normal use. Two blemishes to front of center door as per photos. Original working brass key included.
