Illogical Connections tells the story of the encounter between different materials, distant in origin, function, and expectations. Marble embodies the concept of long time, corrugated cardboard is a lightweight memory, born for passage, for transport, for that which does not remain. Yet they approach, intertwine in unlikely connections, illogical only in appearance. The cardboard is no longer temporary protection: it becomes a piece, a rhythm, a structure. It becomes a skeleton together with the marble, building a three-dimensional mosaic that gives form and solidity to the void. What once protected now supports. What was temporary becomes form. The illogical connection finds balance in the gesture that unites. Presumed fragility transforms into real strength, contrast into equilibrium. In Illogical Connections, diversity is not hidden, it supports. And what seemed unlikely becomes necessary.
Illogical Connections tells the story of an encounter between different materials—distant in origin, function, and expectation. Marble carries with it the notion of deep time; corrugated cardboard is a light memory, born for transit, for transport, for what does not remain. And yet they draw close, intertwining in unlikely connections—illogical only in appearance. Cardboard is no longer a temporary form of protection: it becomes module, rhythm, structure. Together with marble, it forms a skeleton, building a three-dimensional mosaic that gives shape and solidity to emptiness. What once protected now supports. What was temporary becomes form. The illogical connection finds balance in the unifying gesture. Presumed fragility turns into real strength; contrast becomes equilibrium. In Illogical Connections, difference is not concealed—it sustains. And what once seemed improbable becomes necessary.
