It bears the … Read more This superb Goyard trunk is adorned with the highly sought-after herringbone canvas and features solid brass fittings. It bears the "Goyard" mark on its main lock and two clasps. This Goyard travel trunk has very unusual proportions and honey-colored lozine trim. It is magnificent and possesses a very rich patina. The canvas is also in very good condition. The interior was recently redone in a beautiful yellow, as was the padding under the lid. There is no odor inside.

It is therefore perfect for storage. The bottom is still lined with its original canvas. This Goyard trunk is in very good condition considering it is an antique travel trunk, over 100 years old. This trunk, standing alone, measures only 33 cm high. Please note that a removable wooden base has been custom-made to increase its overall height from 33 cm to 49 cm, making it ideal for use as a coffee table or as a blanket chest at the foot of a bed.
