Large Finnish mid-century medieval troubadour ritari design. Enamel bowl by Kaj Franck and artwork by Esteri Tomula for Arabia Finel Finland. Whimsical medieval characters playing the lute, singing, conversing, and knighting ; )
Good vintage condition. Flea-bite chips in the enamel on the rim and one tiny (1mm) chip on the inside bowl wall -- see photographs.
This bowl is meant to be used! For holiday serving, a table scape, or a planter.
