This piece features wonderful detail and resemblance to a real specimen. An exotic piece certain to invoke conversation. Suitable for both indoor or outdoor spaces. To achieve its its colour and texture the sculpture underwent a chemical process. After the skull is cast, a flame torch is used to heat the bronze. While being exposed to the flame torch the bronze surface is brushed with liquid salt solutions consisting of nitrates, acetates and sulphides resulting in a wonderful patina finish with a mix of shades and textures.
