This substantial piece measures approximately 14 inches in diameter and 13.5 inches tall, making it an exceptional statement centerpiece for a dining table, bar, or display cabinet.
The bowl is richly decorated with deep-cut geometric and starburst patterns, including hobstar and crosshatch motifs, complemented by a sharply defined sawtooth rim. The elevated pedestal base echoes the same detailed craftsmanship, creating a cohesive and highly reflective surface that beautifully catches and refracts light.
The underside of the bowl bears the Maple City maple leaf mark, adding to its collectible appeal. While not from the original American Brilliant Period, this piece reflects the enduring influence of that era’s design and workmanship.
Condition: Excellent overall. Close inspection reveals approximately six minor flea bites along the sawtooth rim, consistent with age and use; these are not visually distracting and do not detract from the display presence of the piece.
A bold and elegant example of classic cut crystal, ideal for use as a punch bowl, fruit centerpiece, or decorative focal point.
