The front features three large drawers and a smaller under-top drawer, highlighted by a large gilt-bronze finial depicting swans. The three drawers are accentuated by handles shaped like golden eagles and a skillfully chiseled central escutcheon. On the sides are two fluted columns with Corinthian bases and capitals in finely chiseled gilded bronze. General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using traditional shellac and alcohol-based methods, applied by hand. Provenance: France, early 19th century. Dimensions: 128x63x100 cm.
