A fine pair of signed Modernist gold & topaz earrings.

In 14 karat yellow gold.
Each earring with a prong-set emerald-cut topaz to its center.
With clip-on closures.
Marked to the reverse of each.
Ronald Pearson is an important figure in the 20th Century American Craft movement. Together with John Prip and others, Ron Pearson opened the highly acclaimed Shop One in Rochester, New York. He was a founding member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG) together with Stanley Lechtzin, Robert Ebendorf, Olaf Skoogfors and others.
Works by Pearson are held in important museums including the Smithsonian American Art Museum, MoMA in New York, Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and others, as well as numerous important private collections.
