Elegant vintage nesting set of three Chinese camphor wood storage chests, crafted in richly grained camphor wood known for its durability and traditional use in antique trunks. A cohesive set designed for both functional storage and decorative display, whether nested together or styled separately throughout a space.
Small Chest:
Shows evidence of prior leg repairs. One leg is missing a small wooden component (see photos). Lock latch is missing. Displays light age-related wear consistent with use. 27” W 13” D 11” H
Medium Chest:
Structurally sound with legs in good condition. Lock latch is missing. Includes interior trunk insert. Light cosmetic wear consistent with age and handling. 35” W 17” D 15” H
Large Chest:
In good vintage condition with minor surface wear. Solid and stable, well suited as a base piece in the nesting set or used independently. Includes interior trunk insert. The large chest is 40” W 20” D 24” H
