This was most likely used as a shaving mirror but great for a vanity top or just hanging on the wall.
Superb antique mirror, hand-carved faux bamboo, dating from the 1870s-1890s. The center panel is framed in the faux bamboo and the wood has retained its beautiful surface and original patina. The side mirror panels have brass hinges and are made of cardboard and feature decorative oriental figures of geishas and cranes in asian scenes. The mirrors have been replaced but have the original brass outer frame.
The dimensions posted are the mirror closed. Open it is 33.5” wide
