This solid Ethan Allen demilune console has been completely transformed by hand into a work of dark romantic art. Finished in a velvety matte black mineral paint and sealed with clear wax, the surface carries a tone on tone sugar skull damask that whispers rather than shouts. Look straight on and you catch only a hint of it. Move closer and the full ornate skull reveals itself, baroque and beautiful, blooming from the dark.

The original sunflower medallion hardware has been left in place and finished with a warm bronze wax that glows softly against the black. The reeded center leg and gently curved cabriolet legs give this piece an elegance that feels both old world and completely singular.
Perfect for an entryway, a dark romantic bedroom, or anywhere that deserves something with a little soul.
