The form is comprised of 3 iron tube legs with their solid Brass ball feet supporting a futuristic expanded metal & fiberglass cylinder form that creates a sophisticated modern sculpture statement. The original internal off white diffuser shade is made of fiberglass matt parchement material. See less

This unique Atomic style design lamp is in excellent condition, completely intact and fully functional. Just very minimal signs of age & wear to the original Black enamel finish with no apparent evidence of damage or blemishes otherwise. The original internal White translucent fiberglass parchement shade appears clean and bright on the outside either lit or unlit, that said the un-viewable inside surface does show some evidence of light tanning and an area of slight distortion from prolonged heat with a few small pin holes...these are all practical unseen from the outside thanks to the metal mesh cage screen. Original wiring and pull chain socket has been inspected and appears to be clean, safe and fully operational. DIMENSIONS: This lamp is larger than the Noguchi #9 model with general dimensions of 16" tall with a general width of 7" to the base tripod. The Fiberglass parchment shade is 6" wide X 13" high, standard screw in style Edison bulb is NOT included.
