Gorgeous antique Chinoiserie decor with Asian design (inlaid figures are traditionally dressed Japanese women or Geisha) -- the top is a shallow shadowbox
The whole table is lacquered in black and the accents are hand-painted with white and 24kt gold paint * the figures are beautifully done in Mother of Pearl and cut coral stone. Low coffee / tea table * 15" tall -- rectangular top is 36" long by 26" wide
Note that the thick glass piece sits on top and covers from edge to edge (is not attached)
