It appears to be signed illegibly in the lower left corner. Watercolor paints on heavy watercolor paper. Unframed. The painting is taped to what appears to be its original matte. The matte measures 20” x 24”. Sight is approximately 12” x 15”. The painting is in wonderful condition but should be remounted to new, acid-free matte prior to framing. See less
