A rare and iconic Barockbrickan (Baroque Tray) in a refined Smoke Gray finish. Manufactured in Italy by Spisani and retailed by the renowned Swedish design house Firma Svenskt Tenn, this piece offers a more subdued, architectural take on 1970s European glamour.
This translucent gray acrylic has a sophisticated, smoky quality that shifts with its surroundings. In low light, it appears deep charcoal with a mirror-like surface. In brighter light, it softens into a cool, silvery gray, allowing the thickness and sculptural edges of the tray to really stand out.
The tray’s signature scalloped form references 18th-century Baroque design, reinterpreted through a modern material. This balance of ornament and restraint is characteristic of Svenskt Tenn’s design philosophy.
