These armchairs exemplify Starck's pursuit of functionality and elegance: only three legs to facilitate cleaning and staff movement, carefully considered ergonomics, and an instantly recognizable design. They were designed for Café Costes in Paris. Later editions featured a hole in the backrest for easier handling.
Tubular steel frame with a black lacquered finish, bent plywood shell with a black finish, seats upholstered in foam covered with black leather, finish off these comfortable and stylish chairs.
