Large and Gorgeous vintage Earthgender As Is, sunburst planter with a raw exterior and a smooth interior. The planter has light calcium stains around the base.
A striking Robert Maxwell for Earthgender stoneware planter featuring his signature Sunburst texture — an iconic motif of 1970s California studio pottery. This piece showcases Maxwell’s mastery of sculptural surface design, blending organic form.
Hand-thrown in richly toned brown clay with a ribbed interior and impressed geometric rays, this vessel exemplifies the fusion of art and function that defines Maxwell’s mid-century work. Each Earthgender piece was individually crafted, giving it a distinctive, one-of-a-kind presence.
