Striking pair of Middle Eastern market decanters crafted in richly hued ruby glass with ornate gold gilt detailing. Each features a hand-painted portrait of a regal figure, possibly a Qajar king, framed in elaborate scrollwork. Hand-blown with elongated stoppers and bold decorative accents, these 14 3/8” tall vessels blend Bohemian artistry with Persian influence.

Size approximations: 14 3/8 inches tall x 4 inches diameter at widest. Please also see photos for size (note any coin, ruler and/ or pop can used to illustrate size are not included in the sale).

Weight approximation: one is 1 pound, 14.5 ounces and the other one is 1 pound, 13.6 ounces.

Condition: they are unmarked. Both tops are chipped on the end (see last 2 photos); the actual decanter bottles are on great condition with no cracks, chips or repair as pictured - both have minor signs of age such as paint loss, storage surface wear and other minor imperfections as pictured.
