Four solid pine cylinders, graduating in diameter from base to top, are stacked along a central pine shaft — each with a diagonal cut across its upper face, angled consistently so that the column reads as a single continuous upward rotation. The effect is dynamic and architecturally considered: the base appears to unwind as it rises, giving the lamp a strong sense of movement and presence. The construction is entirely solid wood, with the quality of the turning and fitting immediately apparent. The grain is warm and pronounced throughout, a rich honey-amber pine with clearly visible figure.
