talopp has created an object that straddles the line between sculpture and lighting, where modernist rigor meets the pop energy of 1970s design, with an almost architectural approach. The lamp is structured around a principle of balance and visual tension, between horizontality and verticality, volume and line, color and structure.

the lacquered orange reflector, punctuated with black ends that accentuate the object's graphic appeal, appears suspended, as if in equilibrium. It rests on a simple and precise base, composed of a chrome stem and an orthogonal black base, creating a silhouette that is both stable and visually light.

it is height-adjustable, and the reflector can rotate 360°. The switch is integrated into the reflector. The base is weighted for stability.

a few details about the french manufacturer samp. They produced lighting fixtures in relatively small quantities, often for modern furniture and specialty shops. Unlike large industrial manufacturers, their production was not mass-produced. We are therefore very pleased to have found this beautiful orange model, especially since it is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. Grounded plug connection.
