KEM was founded in 1935 and became the world's first maker of 100% plastic playing cards — the choice of serious card players, casinos, and bridge clubs ever since. Made from 100% cellulose acetate plastic, KEM cards are known for their high durability and unique feel: resistant to creasing, tearing, and scuffing in a way paper cards simply can't match. The Paisley pattern is a classic KEM design.

Both decks remain sealed in their original cellophane — never played. The storage case is in very good condition with no cracks. The outer cardboard presentation box shows some wear at the corners where the surface has weathered to expose the white cardboard beneath; the cards themselves are pristine.
