This refined 1950s italian-designed chest of drawers, attributed to vittorio dassi, perfectly embodies the sculptural elegance of the midcentury period. The fine rosewood frame is distinguished by its characteristic x-shaped legs, with a dynamic, sharp profile, supporting a voluminous yet light central body. The front is embellished with drawers with diamond-cut facets, creating a striking interplay of shadows and natural grain. The main top, in ice-colored back-painted glass, is topped by a cut crystal bridge, supported by tapered wooden supports, giving the piece extraordinary visual depth and a touch of sophisticated modernity.
