A vibrant and expansive original mixed media painting by renowned American modernist Bob Paul Kane (1937–2013). This work showcases Kane’s signature Fauvist style, featuring a bouquet of stylized purple and blue florals set against a brilliant turquoise background. The energetic, gestural brushwork and bold use of color make this a significant statement piece for traditional, coastal, or contemporary interiors.
The artwork is housed in a substantial, high-quality vintage gold-leafed wood frame with a deep white mat that beautifully offsets the rich pigments.
Bob Paul Kane’s work is celebrated for its "explosive force" of color and is held in more than thirty permanent museum collections, including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Whitney Museum, and the Smithsonian. This piece has a visible signature "KANE" in the lower right.
