Influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian approach, the design emphasizes honest materials, durability, and clear structure. It became widely recognized through its use in early Chipotle interiors.

These examples are unlabeled and were sourced directly from a Chipotle location during a remodel.

The chairs pair warm plywood seats and backs with linear steel frames, giving them a strong architectural presence while remaining highly functional. Built with standard, serviceable hardware including p-clamps for easy maintenance.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with wear consistent with use. Plywood shows light surface and edge wear. Steel frames have natural patina and minor marks. Subtle variation between chairs, including slight differences in steel gauge and fabrication. All are structurally solid and sit well.
